Events & Programs Overview

We have developed a full calendar of events and programs to be able to fit the needs of all of our members and supporters. Our calendar includes a mix of signature events as well as educational and professional development programs for both businesses and individuals.

 

Signature Events:

Our Foundation hosts two key fundraising events every year, both focused on supporting our educational programs. The largest, the Adelante Awards, brings together our community in a one-night gala recognizing Chamber members that have excelled in their field, business or in the community. The second event is the signature Golf Classic, an annual golf tournament.

 

Additionally, we have events that are focused on professional development and job resourcing: our two economic forums (ELLA & EL) and our job fairs. We also host a monthly networking event, known as our Business After Hours (BAH), where we welcome members and non-members alike to meet and develop connections. These monthly events are hosted by our members and take place throughout our region.

 

Educational Programs:

Due to our focus on empowering growth, we host several educational programs, allowing us to support and develop both businesses and individuals. Our Small Business Success Program focuses on providing resources and training for emerging businesses. Meanwhile, our HCC Leadership Institute (HLI) is comprised of two separate training programs; one focusing on high schoolers and the other to professional at varying stages in their careers.
